I am currently working on a blog pos...A great post. I am currently working on a blog post that drives at the same idea from a different perspective. You are right about the deeper issues. I see students as an iceberg; what they think and feel is often hidden. We only see their behaviors and the consequences that follow.<br />We cannot save them all, because we cannot "fix" students like a broken part. We can love them, listen, model, and guide them. We can reach out to them with empathy. As you said, we can care.
